Day 28 in the Big Brother House…

Dermaspa staff were on the road again at the beginning of November as Nilam
and new staff member Victoria were sneaked into the Big Brother House while
contestants were sleeping to set up for a relaxing treatment afternoon. As
well as having massage, waxing and HD Brows, the Big Brother house members
also had their hair cut by celeb hairdresser Lee Stafford.

Eventual winner Aaron’s waxing experience looked more painful then ever as
cruel Big Brother producers prepped Nilam beforehand in asking her to
inflict as much pain as possible on the poor guy……after all, this is Big
Brother and apparently thats what the public like to see…. more fool him I
say!

The video for their first single Betty Woz Gone has currently racked up
the best part of 200,000 views on Youtube.

Described as ‘Salt N’ Pepa meet Odd Future’ as well as an ‘X Rated En Vogue’
by the Guardian, these girls aren’t your typical girl group.
They write their own material and have been whipping up a bit of a storm
with their infectious, catchy, very sweary and distinctly British brand of
urban pop. They recently supported N Dubz which tells you how highly rated
they are.

Keep an eye on these ladies in 2012 because they’re gonna give our ‘Little
Mix’ friends a run for there money in the chart wars, with a few bleeps here
and there perhaps.

There recently released single, "love me' has just come into the charts and is doing very well. Well done girlies.

X factors loveable contestant Jonny Robinson had a fantastic result after
   just one collagen wave treatment
   X Factor’s loveable contestant Jonny Robinson had a fantastic result after
   just one treatment from the ever popular Collagen Wave
   skin tightening treatment, available at the Dermaspa clinic.

Members of the Dermaspa team were in Mayfair, London just before christmas
   showing off their HD Brows skills to invited guests to celebrate the 1st
   Birthday of the 'FOUR'  Colour Specialist Salon in London.  The salon has a
   loyal and famous clientele such as Nigella Lawson, Amanda Redman, Yasmin Le
   Bon, Amber and Saffron Le Bon, Sally Morgan and Lizzie Cundy and they all
   enjoyed a champagne and canapes reception along with other guests.

   I wonder if Supermodel Yasmin Le Bon has used her HD brows goodies yet,
   along with a whole host of other brand products given out such as Wella,
   Yardley, Eve Taylor, Tangle Teezer  and Dr. Duve Skincare given out in the
   evening.

 Nilam was once again assigned to the X Factor team and given the task of
   keeping the final contestants looking pretty and groomed throughout the
   competition. Facials, massages, pedicures, manicures and of course HD Brows
   were on the menu each week for contestants including Misha B, Jonny
   Robinson, The Risk boys and Nilam's personal favourites, finalists Little
   Mix and Marcus Collins.  Unfortunately Nilam was unable to get her hands on
   Dermet O'leary's brows, but he was as pleasant in person as he comes across
   on the big screen Nilam informs us.

   Numerous members of the Dermaspa staff accompanied Nilam to the contestants'
   house and Fountain Studios in Wembley to help with the up keep of each
   contestant. After the transformation of Cher Lloyd's brows last year all the
   contestants were keen for Nilam to carry out her eyebrow skills from as far
   back as Boot Camp.

Nilam added, " Although this is a singing contest, a lot of people's votes
   are made due to the contestants' appearance which certainly goes a long way
   in this industry. There is a fantastic team behind the scenes headed by
   celeb make-up artist Natalya Nair including fashion stylists, hairdressers,
   and a core team of make-up artists. It's our job to send each contestant out
   onto the stage looking as good as possible. As people know I am very
   protective over brows, it's my passion and I love to see the difference the
   HD Brows treatment can make over a period of time. With this show I get the
   chance to do that and it gives me an immense amount of satisfaction"

   The clinic has had visits from Marcus Collins, Sophie Habibis and Samantha
   Brookes. Following the show All three contestants will be travelling the
   country this year performing on the X Factor Tour.

The Dermaspa clinic are delighted to have joined forces with new tanning

   At the beginning of October the cast from hit show Hollyoaks made their
   annual visit to the Dermaspa Clinic for manicures, pedicures, massages and
   HD Brows.
   Previous visitors,  Claire Cooper (Jacqui Mcqueen), Jenny Metcalfe (Mercedes
   Mcqueen) and Sarah Jayne Dunn (Mandy Richardson) brought down a host of new
   cast members all eager for a days pampering.  Close friend of nilam, make-up
   artist Yasmina Bentaieb, famous for her work on Girls Aloud and Mel B put
   the finish touches to the ladies make-up.

   After a hectic schedule filming scenes surrounding the murder storyline
   involving the evil Silas, all the cast members were excited to see the new
   clinic and experience some TLC. Hollyoaks villain Brendan Brady, played by
   Emmet Scanlan, made the trip and was unsurprisingly different to how he is
   portrayed on screen. (no one can be that evil, can they...?). Jorgie Porter
   (Theresa Mcqueen), Steph Waring (Cindy Cunningham)  and even 'Dancing on
   Ice' star Slyvain Longchambon, boyfriend of jenny (Metcalfe) popped in for a
   massage also.

   A big thank you to all our therapist friends who attended and made the day
   extra special for the Hollyoaks gang !

Katie also indulged in our ever popular Collagen Wave Skin Tightening treatment before spending a few hours in the new Nail Lounge having a good old gossip with her girlies while treating her hands and feet to a luxury manicure and pedicure package. The pamper day was completed by Katie having her HD Eyebrow top up from Eyebrow Queen Nilam Patel. Katie was very impressed with our new clinic and we hope to welcome her back soon.

Their studios aren’t far from Harvey Nicholls in Manchester where we have trained them in hd so expect their brows to get better and better. And yes, Kym Marsh’s hair is that perfect!
